How It All Began
&BEYOND began in the spring of 2024 with a simple dinner between a small group of friends. There was no agenda--just meaningful conversation, shared curiosity, and the feeling that Baku needed a space where creative thinkers, entrepreneurs, artists, writers, and innovators could come together. What started around one table quickly grew into a community built on thoughtful discussions, genuine connections, and a shared love of ideas.
By the end of its first year, &BEYOND had welcomed dozens of members, launched weekly gatherings, and built a growing community where every conversation leads to new perspectives. Today, the club continues to bring together people who believe that great ideas are shaped through dialogue, curiosity, and the right company.
