Presence
No half-attention. When you are in the room, you are in the room. We ask members to arrive on time, put phones away, and stay for the whole conversation.

About us
We believe the best ideas are meant to be shared. &Beyond brings together curious minds to exchange perspectives and build meaningful connections.
Chapter 1
Our Story&BEYOND began in spring 2024 with a simple dinner between a small group of friends. There was no agenda—just meaningful conversation, shared curiosity, and a feeling that Baku needed a space where creative thinkers could come together.
What started around one table grew into a community built on thoughtful discussion, genuine connections, and a shared love of ideas.

Chapter 2
At a glanceOUR VISION

We exist to accelerate the cultural infrastructure of our city through conversation. Through rooms where a poet and a fund manager read the same book, and through dinners where a scientist walks home with three new questions.
&BEYOND exists to accelerate that. Not through lectures or panels — through conversation. Through rooms where a poet and a fund manager read the same book and discover they disagree about everything that matters. Through dinners where a scientist walks home with three new questions she hadn’t thought to ask before.
We believe that Baku is on the edge of a cultural moment. We intend to be the room where it crystallises.

No half-attention. When you are in the room, you are in the room. We ask members to arrive on time, put phones away, and stay for the whole conversation.
Trust is earned through discretion and honest exchange. It is the foundation of every meeting and every member interaction.
Share what you know. Introduce people who should know each other. The value of membership compounds when members invest in each other.
Diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and perspectives are not a side effect of good curation — they are the entire point.
We take ideas seriously. We read before we discuss. We ask follow-up questions. We are not interested in performance — only in understanding.
